By accessing LatticeLabs.us (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing this Site on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is currently for informational and demonstration purposes only. It showcases a prototype for the system of AI tooling known as NEO. Access to the Site does not constitute a binding agreement to provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) or professional services unless a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including the "Learn about NEO" section, any demo videos, UI/UX designs, and code) is the exclusive property of Lattice Labs.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to view the content for the purpose of evaluating our technology.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer the prototype, scrape the Site, or redistribute our technical documentation without express written consent.
4. "As-Is" Provision
The prototype and information presented are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. As a solo founder in the development phase, I make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Use of any information on this site is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lattice Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to the Site or the demo video. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed $100 USD.

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Loom, or LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
